More than 150 objects of decorative and applied art made of bone, porcelain, ceramics, stone, glass, wood and precious materials.
The collection has been formed for 25 years!
It presents: author's carved works of mammoth tusk, elk horn, walrus tusk, sperm whale tooth; small-scale Soviet, European and modern figurines made of porcelain and metal; works in various techniques.
The owner of the collection is Sergey Efimovich Grishin (b. 1960). Founder and first director of the "District House of Crafts of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug" (1998-2001), first Director of the Yamalo-Nenets Okrug Museum and Exhibition Complex named after I.S. Shemanovsky (2002-2014), Honored Worker of Culture of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, first winner of the award of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation "In Memory of T. A. Kibalchich" and the title "Best Museum Manager-2011", Member of the Presidium of the Union of Museums of Russia (2013-2017), ICOM member.
The collection includes various, including rare plastic, made of porcelain, wood, earthenware, marble, metal and glass, as well as the author's works of bone cutters and artists of the Tyumen Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and other northern regions of Russia, including works by Sergey Luginin, Minsalim Timergazeev, Vasily Moiseev, are widely represented in the collection., Victor Yadne et al .
