A large Italian Capodimonte porcelain figural group on an oval base, Three Boys Under The Tree, depicting smoking boys dressed in country clothes. Signed by the artist, D. Bonalberti, on the base. Circa: 1970s-1980s. A pastoral classic in opaque Capodimonte porcelain. The pastoral genre stands out for its surprising realism, which can be seen in all the details, from the clothing of the youngsters to the lit fire, to the hilarious expressions on their faces.
