Nikolai Ivanovich Kulbin was a Russian artist and musician, avant-garde theorist and philanthropist, theater theorist, and philosopher; one of the organizers of the first art associations and exhibitions of new art in Russia, the initiator and active participant in large collective publications and almanacs. Nikolai Nikolaevich Evreinov, 1879 - 1953, was a Russian and French director, playwright, creator of the original theater theory, theater historian, philosopher and actor, musician, artist and psychologist.
