An antique Russian Orthodox icon of Christ Pantocrator, the Lord Almighty, our Savior Jesus Christ by the unknown master, Moscow, 19th century. Wood, oil primer, oil, 84 silver, stamping, gilding. The icon is made in an academic manner, and the background, fields and clothes of the Savior are decorated with traditional graphic ornament. Russian Orthodox Art, Religious And Spiritual Objects For Collectors.
Dimensions: Framed 12 1/8 x 11 in. Icon 5 1/4 x 4 in. All measurements are approximate.
