Marc Chagall, Russian French, 1887 to 1985, an original black and white lithograph with complimentary hand signature Le Couple au Crepuscule, The Twilight Couple, depicting a man and woman underneath the moonlight, editioned in pencil to lower left 9 of 100, signed in pencil to upper left, signed and dated 1952 in plate to lower right. Completed with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirmed by International Art Society George Kopel, dated June 7th 1988 and stamped. Marc Zakharovich Shagal was a Russian and French artist of Jewish origin. In addition to graphics and painting, he was also engaged in scenography, wrote poetry in Yiddish.
