A large Russian gilt silver kovsh. Kovsh is a traditional oval-shaped drinking vessel or ladle with a single handle. The item has a rounded body with a hooked handle. The figurative front represents a roosters head. Shaded cloisonne enamel decor. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark are on the bottom. Weight: 413 grams.
