Persian Safaree manner watercolor painting on a natural material panel depicting a Kings Festivity scene by H. Rahime. An upper part is adorned with floral, foliage, and scrollwork designs. The painting is finished with a Khatam frame inlaid marquetry of floral and foliage designs. Circa: the early to Mid 20th century.
