1847 DUTCH OIL PAINTING BY PIETER ALARDUS HAAXMAN
Oil on canvas painting Pieter Alardus Haaxman, 1814 to 1887, a Dutch artist. The artwork depicts a cabinet scene, a man who fell asleep while reading and children playing with his glasses. Titled Sleeping Man and Two Children. Signed by the artist and dated 1847 in the lower left. Golden frame with name plaque. Collectible European Fine Art, Portraiture.

Condition
