CAPODIMONTE FLOWER BASKETS AND ZHOSTOVO TRAYS
Two vintage Italian hand painted decorative porcelain flower baskets of different sizes manufactured by Capodimonte. Feature naturalistic flowers bursting forth from the baskets on footed bases. The undersides are marked with a crown and N symbol. Circa the mid late 20th century. Also contains three vintage small black floral Zhostovo trays made in the USSR. Zhostovo painting is a handicraft of painting on metal trays, preliminary coated with a few layers of priming and oil varnish. Vintage Porcelain And Metal Home Decor Collectibles.
