WWI GERMAN GRAND CROSS BREAST STAR 1914 IRON CROSS
A WWI German Imperial Grand Cross Breast Star of the 1914 Iron Cross. Comprises an eight-pointed radiant star with a central 1914 Iron Cross, featuring a Cross Pattee with an iron core within a ribbed frame. The center of the Iron Cross bears the initial W, representing the ruling monarch, and the six oclock arm displays the reinstitution date 1914. Additionally, the twelve oclock arm features a royal crown, adding a regal touch to the design. The star has a screw back for attachment. First World War German Awards And Decorations For Collectors.
