Oil on canvas painting attributed to Francis Newton Souza, also known as F.N. Souza, 1924 to 2002, a pioneer of Indian Modern art, founding member of the Bombay Progressive Artists Group. The artwork depicts a male portrait against village scenery. Untitled. Signed and dated 1982 in the lower left. The painting comes with a certificate of authenticity. Wooden frame. Collectible Mid Century Modernist Graphic Art, Southeast Asian Artists.
