CLAUDE SMITH ORIGINAL NEW YORKER MAGAZINE CARTOON
A set of original The New Yorker Magazine illustrations by Claude Smith, 1913 to 2003, an acclaimed American cartoonist. The lot includes seven ink on paper cartoons with copyright stamps and marks on the backside, two pieces of paper with handwritten artists commentary, and the issue which features the cartoon, April 13, 1968. The artwork depicts a man throws a coaster after his wife. Collectible Graphic Art, Americana, Magazine Illustration.
