A WWI Russian Imperial bronze badge for graduation from the Officers Navigators Class, circa 1913. The badge is a circle formed by an anchor and rope. It embraces a light-metal compass card, on which are superimposed an anchor and sextant. Screwback type with an original issue screw plate.
