ERTE FRENCH ART DECO LITHOGRAPH PRINT ON SILK 1980S
Romain de Tirtoff, French, 1892 to 1990, known by the pseudonym Erte, a lithograph print on silk titled Adam and Eve, circa 1980s. Signed in pencil lower right. Numbered 161 of 300 lower left. Matted and framed. Erte was an artist and designer. He worked in several fields, including fashion, jewellery, graphic arts, costume, set design for film, theatre, and opera, and interior decor.
