From the collection of the Rebbe Rayatz daughter Chana Gurary.
As described in the accompanying letter, the Rebbe had wished to publish this only known photo of Rebbetzen Rivkah Schneersohn in the Sefer HaToldos - HaMaharash.
The Rebbe's sister-in-law Chana was afraid to part with it even to make a copy.
For this reason, it has remained unpublished. IN HONOR OF HER 107TH YAHRZEIT-YUD SHEVAT THIS ORIGINAL PHOTO IS NOW UP FOR AUCTION.
The current Bais Rivkah girls school was named after Rebbetzin Rivkah Schneersohn.
