Шибанов Евгений Николаевич
Родился в 1941 году в селе Вад Горьковской области. В 1963 году окончил Горьковское художественное училище. С 1975 года являлся членом Союза художников СССР. С 2014 года является Почетным академиком Российской Академии Художеств. Заслуженный художник Европы. Был награжден золотой и бронзовой медалями Фонда «Культурное достояние» (Москва). Работы художника находятся в Ульяновском художественном музее и в частных коллекциях.
