Personally Signed by Commander P F Cole DSC RN RN Philatelic Officer RNAS Yeovilton. First Lieutenant HMS Obedient at the Battle, also Signed by Captain N H G Austen RN Commanding Officer HMS Orwell at the Battle 1942. 23 Dec 1941 German U-boat U -79 was sunk in the Mediterranean north of Sollum, in position, by depth charges from the British destroyers HMS Hasty (Lt. N. H. G. Austen, RN) and HMS Hotspur (Lt. T. D. Herrick, DSC, RN). Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
