A CANAANITE TERRACOTTA TRICK TWIN-BOWLS
Early Bronze Age, 3100 – 2900 BCE. With rope decoration and connected by a tube. A single handle is placed in the middle, from the rim down to the tube. 6.1 cm high, 19.5 cm wide. In very good condition and very rare. For a similar twin-vessels from Megiddo, see: R. Amiran, Ancient Pottery of the Holy Land, 1969, p. 61, no 11. Ex S.M. collection, Herzliya Pituah.
