Work that deals with the prerogatives that the Colégio de S. Pedro de Coimbra claimed for itself, using the titles of pontifical and royal, and which the author, Principal of the Patriarchal Church of Lisbon and Academician of the Academy of History, says does not belong to them. It is a beautiful piece of Portuguese typography from the 18th century, illustrated with beautiful capital letters and small allegorical engravings.
