Shlomo Artzi - Protoma, the original head sculpture, the wax museum in Migdal Shalom.
The head of a statue of the singer Shlomo Artzi, the statue was taken from the Israeli wax museum when it was vacated, we did not find Artzi's name in the list of exhibits in the museum, apparently the statue was displayed in the "Popular entertainers and singers" exhibit, we do not know if it was sculpted by Vivian Sun, or Shmuel Ben Ami.
It is recommended to watch the episode about the wax museum of the unimportant series in "Kan 11" which is available on YouTube, the episode ends with the sentence: "The wax museum in Kolvo Shalom was a resounding success until it was closed in 1987, a few years later most of the museum's sculptures were sent for demolition including two those of David Ben Gurion"
According to the seller, his grandfather was one of the workers who worked to clear the museum, he decided to keep some of the heads of the statues.
Measurements: the same, or very close to the measurement of Artzi's original head.
Excellent condition.
