A German WWII Narvik campaign shield for Heer (Army) set on original felt and with paper backing. Shield was instituted on August 19, 1940. It was authorized for all German forces that took part in the conquest and subsequent defense of the port city of Narvik during the Norwegian Campaign.
Dimensions: Cloth: 4 1/4 x 2 1/4 in., (11 x 5.7 cm.)
Condition: Very good (some pitting)
