מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ה' תמוז תשכ"ז [1967].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרב יעקב אשר פלדמן (ראש כולל "מטה אהרון" שע"י ישיבת "שומרי אמונים" בירושלים ומחבר הספר "כתב משה". חתן הרב חיים שלום הלוי סגל), לרגל הולדת בנו נחמיה. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת [יהי רצון מהשם יתברך] שכשם שהכניסוהו לברית כן יכניסוהו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים, ויגדלו ביחד עם זוג' תי' מתוך הרחבה".
