Letter of Recommendation from Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer
A letter of recommendation by Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer for the printing of a book written by Rabbi Yosef Mandelkorn. Jerusalem, Elul, 1949.
"VaYelaket Yosef" (Jerusalem, 1955) is an important compilation of Chassidic thoughts of Rebbes from the Kotzk and Gur dynasties, and this is what Rabbi Isser Zalman writes in his letter: "ג€¦ It is a great privilege to cause him satisfaction and assist him to distribute his Torah novellae which will comfort him from all his travailsג€¦ and will merit the public". At the end of the letter are blessings for the New Year.
22 cm. Official stationery. The whole letter is in his handwriting. Very good condition, file holes.
