Chidushei Shulchan Aruch Even Ha-Ezer by Rabbi Raphael Berdugo (“Ha Mal’ach Raphael”)
Manuscript “Shulchan Aruch essay on the Even Ha-Ezer by the great Rabbi Raphael Berdugo z”l”. Fine manuscript in Oriental handwriting from Siman Alef [1] to the middle of Siman 115. This essay remained a manuscript for many years, until printed in Meknes in 1939, under the name “Torot Emet”. See enclosed material.
The author: Rabbi Raphael Berdugo (1747-1822), of the greatest Meknes sages, outstanding Torah scholar, famous for his great holiness, known among the Moroccan communities as “the Angel Raphael”.
[30] written leaves, 23 cm. High quality paper, good-fair condition, humidity damage on the bottom of the leaves (no damage to the text). Rebound.
