1997-1998 United States Mint Proof Set. 10 Coins Inside.. Group of 2 United States Proof Sets 1997-1998 10 coins. All coins included in the set were struck at the San Francisco Mint. Each set contains a Half Dollar, a Quarter, a Dime, a Jefferson Nickel and a Lincoln penny. Harder Set. The packaging for the 1997-1998 Proof Set was themed in green. The coins were placed in individual spaces in a green cardboard. This was sealed within a plastic lens. The outer box was green and had silver printing “United States Mint Proof Set 199_”.
