Classic sefer of novella on Maseches Kidushin by R. Pinchos HaLevi Horowitz.
R. Pinchos HaLevi Horowitz (1730- 1805), was one of the most prominent disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch. He served as Rav in various communities including Vitkova, Lechowitz and most notably Frankfurt. He was renowned as a great Rav and Posek as well as a prolific writer and is often referred to as “The Haflo’ah” after his work on Maseches Kesubos. He had many distinguished talmidim, most notably the Chasam Sofer.

R. Chaim Aryeh HaLevi Ish Horowitz (1850-1905), served as Rav in Zolkiew and from 1890 in Cracow. Author of the Chayei Aryeh.
