Sefer HaSha'ar II [Sha'aR Ma'amarei Rashbi] and III [Sha'ar Ma'amarei razal] of the eight She'arim, authored by Rabbi Chaim Vital, as he received from his Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Luria Ashkenazi. Edited by the Maharash [Rabbi Shmuel] Vital from a manuscript by his father, rabbi Chaim Vital himself.
(G. Shalom has proven that the book contains some original Ma'amarim of the Ari and his commentary on Sifra Detzni'utah (on Parashat Terumah). See: Kiryat Sefer, 19, 1942-1943, pp. 186-188, 191).
Includes also a commentary on Pirkei Avot by Rabbi Chaim Vital.
At the beginning of the book, a foreword by Rabbi Shmuel Vital, who added comments and glosses to the first edition of book.
