Single edition. Shut Yismach Lev with a dedication by the author the holy Gaon Rabbi Shalom Moshe Chai Gagin to Rabbi Avner Tzarfati Av Beit Din of Fes - Jerusalem, 1878.
Shut by Rabbi Shalom Moshe Chai Gagin. The book also contains a sharp polemic against the Heiter of Rabbi Yitzchak Abulafia.
On the upper part of the title page, a dedication handwritten by the author to Rabbi Avner Tzarfati Av Beit Din of Fes and Rabbi Tzarfati's foreign stamp.
Rabbi Avner Yisrael Tzarfati (1827-1884) Av Beit Din of Fes, the in-law of Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Toledano.
