A touching letter filled with the love of Jews and love of Torah: "ועגמה נפשי שאין מי שירכז את כל התלמידים שיהיה ביניהם התקשרות והתחברות כאשר באמת כל אחד היום... בעד חבירו רק חסר הכח והשלשלת אשר תחברם יחד להיות קשר של קיימא... לעשות וועד מיוחד מתלמידי וויזניצא... בחרו מכם איש אשר ירצה להעמיס על שכמו המשא הזאת לא בבחינת נים ולא נים".

Av Beit Din of Bnei Re'em (for 25 years) and Rosh Av Beit Din of Badatz Machzikei Hadat of Belz. Author of Netzach Yeshaya. His son-in-law is Rabbi Shmuel Yaakov Kahn Shalita, the Admor of Toldot Avraham Yitzchak Shalita.
