Hasidic polemics, first edition - the Workbook - Königsberg 1857, At the end of the book, for the first time, a scathing letter from the old Rebbe, Rabbi Shneor Zalman, was printed for the first time.
The book attached to the work, "It is a debate that has been going on for about seventy-two years between the two great men of the generation, one from the sect of the Chassidim and the other from the sect of the Mengadim...", with a letter from Maran Admoh 7 Rabbi Shnior Zalman to Ladi (regarding the dispute and his desire to come and argue with the Gra ), published by Rabbi Dov Ber Seglovitz, first edition, Königsberg 1858
This debate did not take place in reality, but was written by the Chabadi Hassid Rabbi Yaakov Kadanir who crouched in the image of the Middle Rebbe and the Lubavitcher Plant of Righteousness.

At the end of the book, for the first time, a harsh letter from the old Rebbe Rabbi Shnior Zalman of Ladi was printed about his desire to argue with the Gra. There were researchers who claimed that the letter was fake, and just as the "debate" in the book never took place, so the letter was never written either. But in fact the letter had already appeared earlier in copies made already during the life of the Old Rebbe, and this book is not the first source of this letter (see: Sacred Letters by 6K The Old Rebbe, 1972, p. Kafa).
