כתב יד, פירוש רש"י על חמש מגליות, שיר השירים, רות, איכה, קהלת ואסתר. ללא מקרא. תימן, ת"ר.
בסוף הכתב יד קולפון הכותב "ברוך אשר עד כה עזרני להתחיל ולסיים פירוש רשי חמש מגלות... ואתה אחי המעיין בבקשה ממך שאם תמצא חסרון או יתרון או טשטוש אל תדינני לחובה ח"ו... לפי שכתבתי ואני בגלות ודעתי עם ביתי ועם בני... ואני מתפחד והאמוריים הרשעים אשר שמם בבי"ל... אני הכותב צעיר התלמידים מתאבק בעפר רגלי הסופרים... הצעיר דוד ן' משה ... שנת ודרור ק"ן לה..."
