HERMANN NEUBACHER
1893 – 1 July 1960) was an Austrian Nazi politician who held a number of diplomatic posts in the Third Reich. During the Second World War, he was appointed as the leading German foreign ministry official for Greece and the Balkans. A.D.S., 1p. oblong 8vo., [Nuremberg], Sep. 5, 1945, in pencil. Neubacher certifies that the signature he applies to the document is his standard, official signature. A small photograph of the shamed politician is attached, probably taken at the time of his arrest. Very good.
