Short story by the French screenwriter, author, and journalist, Pierre Bost.
The illustration on the cover and four additional illustrations within the text are the work of graphic artist, stage designer, and theater director Nikolay Pavlovich Akimov (1901-1968).
48 pp. + [4] illustrated plates, 19.5 cm. Good condition. Minor creases and dampstains. Minor tears and blemishes to cover.
