Manuscript in Hebrew and Yiddish written in square and cursive calligraphic hands on paper. Following a colorful title page is an introduction and a list of 12 takanoth of the society. After this are member rules for the caring of the dead, process of tahara and the dressing of the dead in shrouds. Lists of the deceased are provided along with their burial locations primarily in Mt. Hebron and Mt. Zion cemeteries in Queens, NY. Several dedicated pages are particularly sorrowful, as they are lists of those who died in childhood or young adulthood.
