Secretarial Letter Signed and stamped on plain paper. Written in Hebrew to Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzenski of Vilna. A report on the perceived worsening spiritual situation in Eretz Israel. It discusses the modern spirit and rise of the Tarbut movement. “They call wicked people righteous… They perform work on the Sabbath and openly deny the entire Torah.”
