MAUGHAM SYRIE: (1879-1955) British Interior Designer & Decorator. Wife of W. Sommerset Maugham. A.L.S., Syrie Maugham, one page, 4to, London, 8th May 1933, on her personal printed stationery, to Miss Pavry. Maugham refers to the pleasant time shared with her correspondent and hopes to meet her again shortly, and further says `I will ring you up one day soon and ask if you come to lunch or cocktails.´ VG £100-150 William Sommerset Maugham (1874-1965) British Novelist.
