Laws if issur and hetter written by Rabbi Yitzchak of Durah with edits and explanations by Rabbi Yisrael Isserlin, author of Terumas Hadeshen.

The text used for this edition is different than that of the first edition as it is based on an old manuscript that was edited by Rabbi Shachna of Lublin, the rabbi and father-in-law of the Rama. New chiddushim were added here that were not printed in the first edition, along with the first printing of Hilchos Nidah.

Between each page is an added blank page, clearly indicating the owner's intention to write an organized composition based on the Sha'arei Durah. Indeed, there are handwritten notes and explanations on pages of the sefer as well as on some of the blank pages, written in contemporary Ashkenazic handwriting.
