Personal Spoon and Bowl Owned and Used by the Holy Ribbnitzer Rebbe

The bowl and spoon used by the miracle-worker, Rabbi Chaim Zanvil Abramowitz of Ribnitz.

Rabbi Chaim Zanvil Abramowitz of Ribnitz, known as the Ribnitzer Rebbe, was born in 1897. He was orphaned and raised by Rabbi Avraham Matisyahu of Shtefenesht. He lived in Ribnitz, Ukraine (modern day Moldova) and would travel around communist Russia helping Jews in performing Bris Milahs , shechita etc.

He miraculously survived the war and became known as a miracle worker. He hardly ate or drank, going days without food but when he did eat, it was with great spiritual intentions.

Attached is a photo of the present bowl and spoon along with a note from his loyal meshamesh on the back of the photo confirming the Ribnitzer's usage of this bowl and spoon.
