A long answer [8 pages!] By Rabbi Ya'akov Braish, Av Beit Din of Zurich, author of the responsa of Chlatt Ya'akov, to the wonderful Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Ya'akov Weinberg author of Responsa Sh'arey Esh.
The answer on artificial insemination if the woman is arrested and if the baby is a bastard.
During the answer, Rabbi Weinberg comments in the issue in his handwriting. After having written notes that he had fought Rabbi Breish. Rabbi Breish gave him the answer with his comments, along with a letter with comments on his comments, adding something he had heard from the Rabbi of Ponevezh Rabbi Yosef Shlomo Kahaneman. Signed by Rabbi Breish.
The Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Ya'akov Weinberg (1884-1926, Otzar HaRabbanim 9217), the lift from Philowishki. He was one of the greatest Lithuanian yeshivas and one of the greatest of the generation. Among the disciples of Rabbi Natan Tzvi Finkel - the grandfather of Slabodka, and Rabbi Naftali Amsterdam. He was in friendly relations with Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski. He headed the rabbinical seminary in Berlin. A prolific author with vast knowledge of Torah and science. He was saved by the grace of the Lord from the terrible horrors of the Holocaust. He published his surviving writings after the Holocaust as a book entitled "Remains of Fire."
Rabbi Mordechai Ya'akov Breish (1896-1976) was a rabbi and Av Beit Din of the Hasidic community of Agudat Achim in Zurich, Switzerland for more than forty years.  9
