The holy Rebbe, Rabbi Mordechai Yosef Elazar Leiner (1873-1929) was the fourth Rebbe of Radzyn Hasidism, one of his first acts was to spread the idea of the renewal of his father's techeiles. For this purpose he wrote in various letters to the rabbis of his generation , In order to convince them of the righteousness of the blue matter. He was one of the leaders of Polish Jewry. Served as Vice President of Agudath Israel since its establishment, together with his friend Rabbi Yitzchak Zelig Morgenstern of Sokolov. He was chosen to go to Petersburg to attend the well-known conference in Petersburg, as the representative of Orthodox Jewry in Poland.
