Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund personal Tehillim, Satmar – Jerusalem, 1927
The Tehillim includes a seal on the flyleaf from Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund, stamped during his tenure in Satmar and used by him in Eretz Yisrael as well.
The beginning of the Tehillim includes Tzetle Kattan from Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk, author of the Noam Elimelech.
Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund (1903 – 1996) was the grandson of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Freund, Admor of Unterdam. He served as Rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva in Hungary, and later as Rabbi of the Beis Yisrael neighborhood in Jerusalem.
