Large collection of notebooks of a student of the Beit Ya’akov movement in Poland; booklets and printed items. [Poland, 1930s]. The notebooks are in Yiddish, dealing with various Jewish subjects (Bible, Parshat Shavua, Festivals, Prayers, Halacha, etc.) and contain many songs and hymns (most in Yiddish); various printed items including official notices of the Beit Ya’akov movement in Lodz and in Warsaw, brochures, textbooks, etc. Approximately 40 notebooks and 20 printed items. Size and condition vary.
