Please read the following entirely: By registering and bidding you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this sale. Auction terms are strictly adhered to. Pick up will be the Tuesday and Wednesday immediately following this auction from 10am - 4pm located at 471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065. You will need to bring your own loading assistance and packing materials. Neither will be provided by Swisher's. Bidders who pay online / auto pay with an out of area phone number / address will automatically be set to ship unless you call to make other arrangements. As stated there are ONLY two rounds of shipping per auction. The first and second Thursdays following. Should bidders fail to complete invoices / shipping, accounts will be disputed, negative feedback left (where applicable) and accounts will be banned from future sales. IF YOU CAN NOT OR WILL NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES - PLEASE DO NOT BID!
