Shiurim of the ‘Machatzit HaShekel’ on Reish Pesachim.
8 handwritten pages containing lectures that were heard from Rabbi Shmuel Kellin, author of the ‘Machatzit HaShekel’. The lectures were on Dapim 2-6 of Masechet Pesachim, and are comprised of sharp and scholarly elucidations on Rashi and the Tosafot.
The Chatam Sofer wrote effusively in praise of these Shiurim.
Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Kellin (1724-1806) was an Ashkenazi Halachic Authority. He is famed for his work Machatzit HaShekel and was renowned for his scholarliness from a young age.
