Chava Wolpert Richard (1933-2015): the daughter of the famed Judaica artist Ludwig Wolpert. She established herself as an appreciated and innovative Judaica artist in her own right. Wolpert Richard was born and raised in Israel. She studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts (where her father headed the silversmithing workshop) and was greatly influenced by the modernist Bauhaus style.
