On the title page and the front guard leaf, stamps and signatures: "משה נחום בלוהם בהגאון מוה"ר עמרם זצ"ל – דומ"ץ דק"ק גראססוורדיין תע"א"; "שמואל שמעלקא הקטן בהגה"ג וכו' מוה"ר משה נחום שליט"א בלוהם פק"ק גוו"ד אורדי' יצ"ו התרצ"ח".
Ancient signatures on the title page: "קניתי ממעות מעשר בעד... מענדל סגל מפ"ב [=מפרשבורג]"; "שלמה הלוי סגל מלאורשטאטש".
