חמשה חלקים עם חמשה שערים.
חתימת בעלים רבי יחיאל מאיר זונדעלסון אב"ד פרעשעראשלי. רבי יחיאל מאיר זונדלסון - (תרכ"ב - תרצ"ה) - "המכונה המתמיד מעיר מוש". תלמיד ישיבות וואלאז'ין, סלונים, ומינסק. נסמך על ידי רבי שלמה הכהן מווילנא, רבי יצחק אלחנן ספקטור, החשק שלמה, רבי יצחק מאיר מסלבודקא. החל משנת תרמ"ו בהיותו אך כבן 24 החל לכהן כרבה של פרשעראשלי, ולאחר מכן בנאווי דוואר, וניוקאסל שבאנגליה.
