הספר הובא לדפוס ע"י רבי ישראל ב"ק, עם הסכמת רבי ישראל אב"ד ברדיטשוב, בנו של רבי לוי יצחק מברדיטשוב. אמנם בשער לא נזכר שם המדפיס, אולם בהסכמות נכתב שמו.
בן מנחם, פתחי שערים עמ' 139. וינוגרד, ברדיטשוב 25 כותב: תקע"ה.

ז, ז-לו, לח-קמא דף, 20 ס"מ. נייר כחלחל. מצב טוב – טוב, מלבד פגם קל בשער.
