ספר מדרש שמואל, והוא ביאור על פרקי אבות מהחכם השלם כמהור"ר שמואל די אוזידה. [ווארשא] תרכ"ז [1867].
בשער, אין מקום דפוס, ונכתב: כמש"נ (-כמו שנדפס) באמשטרדם. אך הביבליוגרפים כתבו שלא ידוע על מהדורה של הספר שנדפסה באמשטרדם, והכוונה לדפוס זאלקווא תקכ"ד, שעל השער בולטות "באותיות אמשטרדם".
עותק הרבנים והמקובלים למשפחת הדאיה. עם חותמות רבי "רפאל דוד כאסכי שו"ב ביירות" [ממשפחת כאסכי מארם-צובה].
