Rabbi Yaakov Chai Zrihan: (1869-1953) was rabbi, Rosh Yeshiva, and Av Beit Din in Tiberias, one of the leaders of the Jewish community in the city.
Rabbi Avraham Avikazir (1866 - 1944) was a rabbi in Alexandria and Eretz Israel, served as rabbi of the Western community in Jerusalem and as a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council.
Rabbi Herzog said in his eulogy: "The rabbi was a great Torah scholar and there were many rabbis and not a widower of Israel, but one thing was that he had no other, who was a man of truth and not afraid of any person.
